level 1. Tanasiii. 2 points 3 years ago. to keep the boost going as long as u need (chopping magic tree takes a while) log out everytime before the minute timer on boosted stats goes off. this way u can stay boosted as long as u need.

This consumes % of the player's special attack energy, though it cannot be used without the 60 Attack required to wield the axe.
You need 25 level of Cooking to brew it. Dragon Axe – +3 OSRS Woodcutting boost when you’re using the special attack. You need 60 level of Attack to use it. Infernal axe – +3 OSRS Woodcutting boost when you’re using the special attack. You need 60 level of Attack, 61 level of Woodcutting and 85 level of Firemaking to use takedownstump.barted Reading Time: 10 mins. There is currently a glitch where when cutting an evil tree while the dragon hatchet is sheathed, your little bugs falling from trees will still have the hatchet sheathed on their back as well be wielding one to cut the tree.
Upon its release the dragon hatchet only needed a Woodcutting level of 41 (same as a rune hatchet) and could only cut logs at the same rate as a rune hatchet. It was simply considered a more expensive, Accuracy: Apr 29, Dragon axe cuts Yews and higher 15% faster.

It costs a lot more too. Its % for yews and mages and 15% for anything lower I believe. I defenetly saw a difference on everything up to yew (yew being like logs more per hour) but mages look the same (never did per hour but looks like more) Is it worth it?
Dec 26, Dec 27, At around level 90+ woodcutting it'd be practically the same thing woodcutting with a rune axe. Cutting yews with a dragon axe isn't that different from using a rune axe. It can slightly change the amount of time getting each log. If you have that extra money go buy one. If you don't stick to the rune axe.
